1. Guest Service Provide excellent customer service to guests by ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

2. F&B Operations To assist in managing the day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquets. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food and beverages.

3. Menu Management: Collaborate with the F&B Manager and culinary teams to develop and update menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and overall profitability.

4. Sales and Up-Selling Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings to guests to maximize revenue.

5. Order Processing To take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all special requests or dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen staff.

6. Staff Training To assist in training F&B staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction to enhance their skills and performance.

7. Inventory Control To assist in monitoring and managing F&B inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies.

8. Quality Control To ensure that all food and beverages served meet the establishment's quality and presentation standards. Conduct regular checks to guarantee consistency.

9. Health and Safety Compliance To adhere to and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas. Promote a culture of cleanliness and sanitation among the team.

10. Event Coordination To assist in organizing and overseeing special events, banquets, and catering functions. Coordinate with clients and various departments for seamless execution.

11. Reporting and Analysis Prepare relevant reports, such as sales, inventory, and guest feedback. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
