**Analyzing Technical Drawings**: Understanding blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models to determine the machining processes needed.
- **Selecting Tools and Materials**: Choosing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials based on the design specifications and the capabilities of the machines.
- **Creating CNC Programs**: Writing, testing, and refining CNC programs using CAM software to control machining processes such as turning, drilling, and grinding.
- **Simulating Machining Processes**: Running simulations to verify the tool paths, detect any potential issues, and ensure the programs will produce the desired outcomes efficiently and accurately.
- **Optimizing Programs**: Adjusting the programs to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize tool wear and material waste.
- **Testing and Troubleshooting**: Running test pieces to validate the programs, troubleshooting any issues that arise during machining, and making necessary adjustments.
- **Maintaining Documentation**: Keeping detailed records of programs, machine setups, tool selections, and any modifications made during the production process.
- **Collaborating with Teams**: Working closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to ensure the final products meet the required standards and specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in CNC machining industries.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
