Atm Foundry Integration Director

ATM (Assembly and Test Manufacturing) is Intel’s back-end manufacturing network, which is a critical part of Intel IDM2.0 strategy including advanced packaging to differentiate Intel’s product competitiveness. ATM has a rich portfolio of products serving all Intel business segments, e.g., client, network/connectivity, automotive, server, and more. This ATM Foundry Integration Director’s job is to accelerate ATM manufacturing prowess into a lean & efficient foundry operations. The main responsibilities cover but not limit to the following:

- Drive ATM foundry operational excellence to deliver customer commits at required volume, lead-time and cost:

- Plan and manage technology and product transfer by working with different stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic capacity planning, develop operating policies, process yield and equipment health that meet customer requirement.
- Develop effective critical success indicators and system to monitor factory performance in meeting customers’ goal.
- Partner with factory managers to develop operation and engineering talents in Foundry work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Min with bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and 10+ years of Operation and Engineering Management experience in OSAT/Foundry.
- Excellent knowledge on Lean practice in sustaining operational excellence at OSAT/Foundry Manufacturing environment.
- Great experience in managing challenges such as product/technology transfer, yield and module health improvement including training certification.
- Good comprehension of supply change attributes, customer expectation and ability to coordinate complex requests with clarity at all levels to deliver customer commits and industry standards.
- Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities and organization transformation in OSAT/foundry world.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Partner with Factories in different geographies to achieve results.
