Alight’s Advisory and Change Management practice supports clients to maximize the value of their investments in transformation programs, particularly cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand. With particular emphasis on digital transformation, the team’s consultants rely on user-centric, data-driven techniques to ensure that our clients can introduce and sustain new ways of working. As part of our Advisory and Change Management practice, you will work to enable our clients’ success through daily use of digital technologies. Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated consultant to join our team in Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Advisory Consultant your main tasks / responsibilities will include:

- **
Change Management**:

- Perform Stakeholder and Change Impact Analysis.
- Design, build and execute Change Management Plans.
Build training materials (e.g. videos, quick cards and process guides).
- Deliver train the trainer and/or end user training sessions (classroom or remote).
- **
HR Processes Analysis and Optimization**:

- Support client transformations and adoption of HR platforms by conducting / assisting process review and redesign.
- Help our customer to simplify, align or optimize their HR process, balancing their needs and contemporary practices across HR Processes.
- Support client on realigning the Client´s HR Operating Model to new processes
- Review and strengthen change management plans and activities to support the changes

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience**

**Required**
- Excellent project management and communication skills (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization)
- Ability to remain flexible, quickly learn and adapt
- Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience related to change management and/or business transformation
- Significant exposure to training design and delivery related to HR and/or Financial systems, including self-service tools
- Familiarity with change management methodologies related to cloud-based technology adoption
- Ability to work virtual from home or in an Alight office environment.
- Travel will vary by project. However, as this is a client-facing role, travel of 15-30% may be needed during peak periods.
**Preferred**
- Certifications such as Prosci, SHRM, ASTD, etc.
- Experience supporting deployments of cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand
- Transformation or Change Management experience directly related to cloud-based technology adoption
- Familiarity with HR and/or Finance Transformation
- Some consulting-based sales experience as a participant in various phases of the sales cycle such as RFP responses and sales presentations
- Skills in multimedia and instructional design software such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, Snagit, etc.
