**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in coordinating and preparing meals, ensuring timely service and consistent quality.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure all kitchen stations are fully stocked, clean, and ready for service—especially during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and report any shortages or spoiled items to prevent waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and storage.
- Perform regular checks on kitchen equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and positive workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Strong team spirit with the ability to live and work closely with others for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, New-Grad

Pay: RM7.00 - RM8.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
