Responsible to eperate for machining of tooling plate and inserts by turning, milling, grinding, CNC mill, wire-EDM,EDM die sinking machine - To operate the sodick / Charmile Wire cut machine, programming and set up - Able to read drawing and perform an inspection of the workpieces with a measuring instrument - To manage new project on tooling fabrication, tooling repairing and ensure it complete as per schedule - Establish the machining process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness - To provide necessary guidance and technical support on various machining process - To perform machine maintenance as per maintenance checklist
