Sourcing and secure SBE supply from local companies and from other neighbouring countries.
- Ensure compliance to sourcing process, align with company Purchasing Policy.
- Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures. Gather data on potential sellers that fulfil procurement requirements.
- Review drafted proposal or procurement specifications to ensure procurement requirements are followed. Identify and resolve issues that arise during task execution.
- Initiate due diligent check on new suppliers and conducting price benchmarking exercises, making sure RIGHT supplier and RIGHT price in place.
- Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms with preferred suppliers.
- Ensure timely renewal of contract.
- Establish and maintain relationship with the suppliers and all the stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage supplier performances.
- Handle daily operation issues and update new products via sourcing and market info for stakeholders. Contribute new ideas for system efficiency.
- Prepare reports, documents and summaries as required.
- To perform any other ad hoc tasks from time to time by management.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 5 years of working experience in the procurement related field for senior level, and preferably 2-3 years of working experience for junior level.
- Experienced in the palm oil industry, especially from the refinery sector is an added advantage.
- Able to build good relationship with internal & external at all levels of people.
- Resourceful, ability to work on own initiatives.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Possess high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform under pressure and to keep within tight deadlines.
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required by the company.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Good command of written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
