**Job Responsibilities & Duties**

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team, manage our systems, ensure security, and optimize performance. You will be in charge of keeping everything running smoothly, implementing IT strategies, and guiding the IT team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**IT Operations & Infrastructure Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
- Manage, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Implement and enforce IT security measures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

**Project & Vendor Management**
- Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, setting performance goals and providing professional guidance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork within the IT department.

**Software Development & System Enhancement**
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**Strategic IT Planning & Budgeting**
- Develop and manage the department's budget, optimizing resources for cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend strategic IT investments aligned with business goals.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in IT infrastructure, software development, or system administration.
- Experience managing IT projects, with knowledge of Agile or Scrum.
- Familiar with IT service management (e.g., ITIL) and network security best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage teams and work with non-technical people.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
