**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with users for future implementations and roll outs
- To provide system training to users and prepare training materials
- Administer and support ERP system including user management, configuration, and customization, to support business operations and enhance productivity.
- Perform database administration tasks, such as SQL query optimization, backup and recovery, and database performance tuning, to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT support and management, sharing knowledge and insights with team members.
- Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Stay updated with the emerging technologies and trends in Node.js development.
- To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, such as Express.js.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies like CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
- Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple groups of users while maintaining a positive and patient attitude
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Knowledgeable with process/functional documentation
- Organizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development
