Business Analysis and Intelligence Manager

Analyses and report program’s agent and partner activities, productivity, and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate the complete program/campaign performance, planning and forecast process.
- Provide quarterly business status report, forecast vs. actuals graph and identify any potential risk.
- Generate quantitative and statistical business models related to Headcount reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Partners performance by using MS Excels data analysis program, statistical and financial functions.
- Generate Balance Scorecard, Commission Calculator and Program/Campaign performance related dashboard/report.
- Communicate Program/Campaign’s performance/updates and provide in-depth analysis and recommendation to key stakeholder in order to support informed business decision
- Forecast data validation and Profile/Account revision during CRM tool implementation

Support implementation of program related project and ad-hoc tasks assigned by/to management.
- Gathered and reviewed business requirement with partner/stakeholder who based across varied geographic locations. (APAC Country)
- Provide business visibility to client by weekly business report, which is included agent productivity, leads & pipeline generation, sales stage & closed achievement.
- Analyses and managing the portfolio of SMC (Corporate) Account which is covering APAC.
- Managed customers' portfolio together with sales manager and partners to maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate and Interact with IT team on some new system implementation and development
- Participation in upper management discussion sessions to work on Specific Proposals and knowledge gathering.

Involvement in client demos and presentations, workshops
Involved in Project Management activities and status updates (weekly sales report and status conference calls)
- Advanced expertise using Microsoft Excel and Word as well as a working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL.
- Understanding of relational database design. Experience with database administration and report design/creation/maintenance using SQL Server platform, Cosmos, and data cubes.
- Proficient in creating complex spreadsheets for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to learn and employ new software quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability with excellent customer service skills.
- Compare data points between multiple databases and determine information deltas (missing data, discrepancies etc.)
- Designed/created/maintained reports from multiple data sources (Cosmos, SQL, Data Cube) for various business, product, and support groups within Client corporation using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. Additionally, created ad-hoc reports for executive, managerial, and individual stakeholders

A Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating key metrics of the program and ensuring that adequate support is provided to the team to achieve their targets through reporting, opportunity and risk analysis and recommending improvements to processes.

**Role Description**:

- Develop a BI Portal with relevant reports to track key metrics to help the team to achieve its targets.
- Reporting and business analysis support for the team, ensuring that the team’s bandwidth is spent on customer engagements.
- Leverage data to derive business insights and provide inputs and suggestions to the sales teams
- Recommend improvements to maximize team productivity and impact.
- Deliver timely business updates and support Program/Sales Manager in people and program checkpoints.
