**Key responsibilities & duties**
- Assist Marketing Manager in building the brand awareness and establishing the brand.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead, plan, manage and ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns for Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer.
- Achieve sales target with effective marketing and communication plan. sales target.
- Organise roadshow and exhibition for brand awareness.
- Successfully plan planning and execution of the marketing plans in a timely manner.
- Gather and present information on market trends, competitor’s situation and customer’s needs.
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.
- Develop marketing programs and global activities to improve brand image together with manager.
- Demonstrate effective management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities to ensure consistency with brand strategy.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies
- Plan, initiate and implement efficient marketing strategies/special projects including but not limited to sales, branding, social /online and operation.
- Responsible to manage Social Media platform, Ecommerce, Website from campaign initiation, campaign direction, budget, raising awareness, improving traffic, generating leads and driving sales.
- Track A&P budgets and spending - towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
- Prepare Monthly reporting on brand and online performance and sales.
- Passionate about discovering the latest digital trends on multiple marketing channels.
- Establish effective working relationships with cross functional teams to develop Brand Building and Trade execution plans to be executed in market.
- Work closely with Agencies & Supplier to extablish impactful brand plans for impactful
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Academic or trade qualifications**

**Work experience and skills**
- least 1-22 - 4 years of working experience in the related field.Marketing field (any industries). Experience in FMCG would be added advantage.
- Customer services oriented, creative, passionate and good team spirit.
- Good analytical and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Required skills(s): MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Do not mind to work late and must have high in commitment and responsibility.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
