**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible in all aspects of Kitchen Department operations.
2. Ensuring work performed meet the established policies and procedures to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
3. Maintain effective communication with other related department with regards to kitchen matter, promotions and events.
4. Implements creative menu options for the coffee house and events.
5. Ensure quality control on preparation and production including taste, texture portioning, colour and overall presentation of all food served.
6. Responsible for monitoring and order of market list, requisitions and inter kitchen transfer to ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
7. Responsible for food quality and food safety procedure.
8. Regularly conduct on-job-training to keep the employees up to date with current practice and trend.
9. Ensure effective inventory management activities such as stock control, stock monitoring and stock purchase for smooth daily operations.
10. To perform all other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Must possessed at least Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree related to the field
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and 1 year in supervisory role is required for this position.
3. Able to work in rotation shifts, on call and during weekends and public holiday
4. 6 working days with 1 day off.
5. Malaysian Citizen only.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
