**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring digital marketing strategies across several platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and etc.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content (Posters, videos & Articles) for publishing onto various digital platforms based on market and business direction.
- Source for social media influencers and merchants to build up company digital branding.
- Drive traffic to company pages and social media platforms
- Reply to inquiries and sustain relationships & positive engagement with the online community.
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Any other assigned task given.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Must have at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Experience in creating and managing content for websites/social media platforms
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in Google SEO will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and autonomously.
- Proficient in spoken and written in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
