**Skop Kerja QC (Quality Control) - Kilang Pembuatan Jerry Can**

**1. Pemeriksaan Bahan Mentah**
- Memastikan bahan polimer (contoh: HDPE, PP) yang diterima menepati spesifikasi.
- Menyemak dokumen pembekal & membuat rekod penerimaan.

2. **Pemeriksaan Semasa Proses (In-Process Inspection)**
- Melaksanakan pemeriksaan berkala ke atas produk semasa pengeluaran.
- Memastikan parameter mesin & proses blow moulding dijalankan mengikut piawaian.
- Mengambil sampel produk mengikut jadual & prosedur.

3. **Pemeriksaan Produk Akhir (Final Inspection)**
- Memeriksa dimensi botol jerry can (ketebalan, kapasiti, berat, warna, leher skru, dll).
- Ujian ketahanan (drop test, leakage test, pressure test).
- Pastikan label, marking, dan kemasan akhir mengikut standard.

**4. Dokumentasi & Laporan**
- Menyediakan laporan pemeriksaan harian & bulanan.
- Rekodkan _non-conformance report (NCR)_ jika ada produk reject.
- Mengemas kini data kualiti untuk rujukan pengurusan.

**5. Pengendalian Produk Reject**
- Mengenal pasti, mengasingkan, dan melabel produk reject.
- Bekerjasama dengan production untuk tindakan pembetulan (_corrective action_).

**6. Pematuhan Standard & Audit**
- Memastikan produk mematuhi standard ISO / GMP / customer requirement.
- Menyokong audit dalaman & luaran berkaitan sistem kualiti.

**7. Kerja Shift**
- Boleh bekerja mengikut jadual shift (siang & malam).
- Menyediakan _handover report_ kepada QC shift seterusnya.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Sijil kemahiran (SKM/IKM) dalam bidang pembuatan atau teknologi polimer juga boleh dipertimbangkan.
- Experience in manufacturing or plastic production industry is an added advantage.
- Exposure to blow moulding or injection moulding processes is preferable.
- Willing to work on **shift basis** (day & night).
- Physically fit and able to work in factory environment.
- Able to start work immediately (advantage).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
