**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Admissions & Records**
- Manage the admission, registration, withdrawal, and graduation processes.
- Maintain accurate and secure student records and academic transcripts.
- Oversee student database systems and ensure timely reporting.
**2. Academic Administration**
- Develop and manage the academic calendar, timetables, and schedules.
- Coordinate examinations, grading processes, and result releases.
- Supervise issuance of certificates, transcripts, and official letters.
**3. Governance & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit reports, statistics, and documentation to authorities.
- Support accreditation processes, audits, and program reviews.
**4. Student Support & Services**
- Provide students with information on academic regulations, progression, and graduation requirements.
- Work with Student Affairs and Academic Departments to ensure effective student services.
- Handle student academic appeals and disciplinary matters in accordance with policies.
**5. Examination & Certification**
- Organize examination timetables, invigilation, and result processing.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of examination materials.
- Oversee graduation ceremonies and issuance of awards.
**6. Leadership & Administration**
- Lead the Registry Office team and manage staff performance.
- Develop policies, SOPs, and service standards for efficient administration.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic and administrative departments.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least **5 years of experience in Registry Office**:
- Knowledge of MOHE, MQA, and other higher education regulations.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage confidential student data with integrity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Student Information Systems (SIS) and database management (EIPTS).
- Knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
