_Job Description : _

**NOTE : Only PR and Citizen**
- Scheduling, monitoringand reporting batch jobs of specific frequency
- Follow up with internaland external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets toresolution
- Should possess goodcommunication skills and customer relations.
- Adhere to the expectedservice levels complying with service metrics such as Response and Resolutiontimes.
- Good knowledge on Insuranceand worked as liaison between Business and Technical team

**2. Key Responsibilities - list what the person will be doing on a day to** **day basis**: **Should have worked in Support Environment with exposure to handle incident and problem tickets**
- Having experience using ticketing system and hands-on with the workflow from initiation and closure of support ticket
- Understanding of the ITIL Framework
- Ability to understand the logical flow and business requirements
- Define business requirement, functions specifications based on business inputs **Understand and document the business workflows, product definitions and integrations.**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions
- Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses for minor enhancements
- Document and manage functional requirements. Create a requirements traceability matrix including non-functional requirements.

**Essential** **Skills**:

- Knowledge on SQL is mandatory
- Exposure to one or more of the following Sybase, Linux and IIS
- Performed role of Business analyst for with strong Technical skills

**Nice to** **Have Skills**. Exposure to one or more of the following - DB2, Adaptive Server Enterprise, Access is desirable.

**Qualifications**: Solid experience as business analyst and technical skills is required with good knowledge in SQL
