**JOB VACANCY: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE**

Location: Dato Onn, Johor Bahru | Double Happiness Asia Foods

**Salary**: RM1,800 - 3,500+ (Allowance + Commisions+ Bonus)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform & Product Management**

Manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Titktok and etc) and maintain accurate listings, pricing, and inventory.
- **Campaigns & Promotions**

Coordinate visuals and messaging with the e-commerce team.
- **Live & Content Creation**

Host and support live selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada and able to create, manage, and edit product videos and other engaging digital content.
- **Expo**

Willing and able to participate in expo events or activity fairs outside of the office.
- **Customer Support**

Able to handle online inquiries and work with customer service for smooth resolution.
- **Trends & Innovation**

Keep up with trends on e-commerce platforms, competitors activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Age 18-35 years old
- Malaysian citizens only
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for improving online sales and operations efficiency.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask across multiple e-commerce platforms and tasks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to trends, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Own transport required.
