**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an **Assistant Accounts Executive** at **PGEO Group Sdn Bhd (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies)** located in **Pasir Gudang**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in compiling and analysing financial data to prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises, including data collection and preparation of working files.
- Assist in preparing for financial audits and liaising with auditors as required.
- Support the monitoring and reconciliation of accounts to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update financial databases and documentation.
- Provide general accounting support, including processing payment requests, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by your superior.
