**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To be responsible for the company's purchasing operations.

To implement Effective Procurement - Finding new supplies/cost-effective alternatives

To ensure Efficient Procurement—Purchase Requisition Review and Judgment

To ensure On time delivery (from the supplier)

To handle Import duty exemption and the necessary report (MIDA)

To handle of Sales tax exemption (SST) and the necessary report (CUSTOM dept)

To ensure procurement operations comply with ISO certification requirements

To handle general administrative tasks assigned by superiors

**REQUIREMENT**

Possess Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or its equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Purchasing/ Procurement or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Meticulous, resourceful and possess effective problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Hands-on experience with import and export duties and exemptions

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Solid analytic and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct cost analysis

Posses good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to communicate well in Mandarin English and Malay
