Job Description We are hiring highly dedicated Export marketing Coordinator who will assist General Manager / PA to GM and Export Marketing Executive in corresponding, coordinating and collaborating with various customer's inquiries and problems, besides coordinating with Production and Shipping Department in scheduling and booking shipments. What will your role be? - Update all Customer Buying Record. Need to provide on-time, polite, intelligent and attentive customer service at all time. - Key in Product Databank Inquiry after GM / PA to GM and Marketing Executive return from International Trade Fair. - To prepare and file various sales documentations in a timely and orderly procedure. Documentation includes Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Production Order, Job Order, Delivery Orders, etc. - To assist General Manager and PA to GM in exploring new markets by extensive market research via both online and offline sources. - making appointments, arrange travel itinerary and reserving the best rates for various travel reservations. - Contribute information to General Manager so 7P (Product / Price / Promotion/Place / People / Process / Physical Evidence) can be identified. - All other ac-hoc task been distributed from GM and PA to GM.
