**Position Summary**

We are a multi-cultural team that works well in a diverse, fun and collaborative environment. As a content executive, you will support the organisation on integrated marketing communications and content strategies to advocate and enhance our B2B online platform. You will also support the organisation in building and strengthening corporate partnerships and media relations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Planning and managing the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns that draw distributors, embassy visitors, delegates and exhibitors to the planned exhibitions and showcases.
- Coordinating and collaborating across functions (internally and externally) for seamless delivery of marketing programmes.
- Creating well-organised content drafts in various publishing formats - text, infographics, videos, etc.
- Update the ARQon Gazette and blog for regulatory news quarterly and send e-blast for promotion of events.
- Keeps track of project schedule and be able to report to Management and manage changes and impact to project deliverables.
- Proofreading materials to be published.
- Updating website content.
- Uploading content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Blogs, Articles, Newsletters), where required.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience managing projects; a good degree or diploma in a technical domain preferred.
- Experience working on projects from a leading brand or multi-national corporation (MNC) preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Digital Experience Tool knowledge preferred.
- Detail oriented and organised; good time management skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration.
- Driven with high degree of personal accountability and is a dependable team player.
- Good balance of customer-centric and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
