**Responsibilities:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Issue Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Prepare quotations to customers promptly
- Other admin related task and documentation
- Ensure transaction, data and information is properly recorded
- Other duties may be required by management from time to time.

- Minimum knowledge of:

- High level of attention to detail and highly organized person
- Self-motivated and self-driven. Resourceful, fast learner, proactive, committed, adaptable and a team player.
- Ability to interact and build productive working relationships with people from all levels.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
