Internship for Task Force

- **Working Days**: Mon-Fri (Sat if special tasks)
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Reports Required (Templates Provided)**:
- **Daily**: Attendance, tasks, issues/complaints, payments collected
- **Weekly**: Facility bookings, inspections, pending vendor work, procurement
- **Monthly**: Building, operations, and finance summaries
**Company Expectations**:

**Task Force Intern Duties**:
- Assist in job site takeovers and handovers, ensuring checklists are uploaded to the system.
- Scan and upload essential documents (house rules, contracts, statutory requirements, etc.) to the system.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower deployment during takeovers/handovers.
- Support handover meetings between Task Force, Area Manager, and site teams.
- Manage general meetings and à la carte meetings using prepared checklists.
- Create user IDs and manage staff roles, permissions, and site assignments.
- Assist in system migration and building condition assessments, recording defects in Condo Master.
- Conduct site visits to address technical issues with personnel or technicians.
- Monitor progress, assist with inspections, and provide support during emergencies.
