**Important Note**:

- Employer will bear the quarantine and working pass cost

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain **F&B environment**:

- Ensure mis-en-plus of quality and consistency for service
- Check Work Stations for operations
- Ensure food served in accordance to SOPs
- Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis
management plans
- Interact with and service F&B Customers
- Display service performance and manage customers’
expectations
- Display productivity performance
- Maintain inventories and stock taking activities
- Maintain halal certification requirements
- Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required
- Manage troubleshooting at store level during shift
- Follow Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for
store operations
- Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level
- Generate reports and present store performance
- Read and articulate income and expenses
- Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Conduct outlet audit to upkeep standards

**Job Requirement**:

3. University graduates (**Bachelor Degree**)
4. Passionate in **F&B industry**
5. Customer Service oriented
6. Male or Female is ok

Working Hours:
Outlet hours are from 10am - 10pm. Staff will be rostered long and short shifts during the **6 day work week**. Some days 11 hours, some days 10 hours, some days 7 hours, total will be **60 duty hours per week**.
