Hiring Executive

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process such as screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offering, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts.
- Complete hiring within the proposed timeline.
- Discuss with the hiring manager to prepare the job descriptions and understand the hiring requirements
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Coordinate for employees' onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Report to management and provide decision support through hiring updates.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment processes such as background checking, etc
- Deep understanding of HR country policy and able to advise the management
- Support and advise the regional HR team to manage your own country’s HR formalities, labour laws queries, and mandatory employee benefits such as public holiday calendars, leave entitlement, etc
- Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/ decision making
- Assist in training activities and projects of the employees
- Support employee engagement activities in the company
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Respond to external/internal requests for information
- Perform human resource Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy, and service levels requirements
- Deal with employee requests regarding your own country Human Resource issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in other assigned duties as required and Ad-hoc task as per assign by the management.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
