**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with team of engineers and programmers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
- Communicate with end-user to determine the needs and requirements;
- Work with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure that the finished documentation meets product requirements;
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience;
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online assistance and developer guides;
- Select appropriate medium, such as manuals or videos for message or audience
- Collect user feedback to update and improve content;
- Appropriate usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animations and charts to increase users understanding;
- Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension, writes and edits technical information accordingly;
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature;
- Create and maintain the information architecture;
- Research, analyse, develop and document technical design specifications and test script;
- Standardize content across platforms and media;
- Other task as and when required

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation;
- Strong knowledge in MS Office products;
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development;
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be added advantage;
- Good interpersonal, planning, multitasking and communication skills;
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation with paying attention to detail;
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
- Excellent written skills in Bahasa Melayu and English;
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline;
- Good teamwork and efficient;
- Good communication skills;
- Have positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
