**Job Title: Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive**

**Location: Georgetown, Penang**

What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and increase brand awareness
- Managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, content creation, and events
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences
- Analysing market trends, competition and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Enhance patient experience by incorporating feedback and ensuring high standards of service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure consistent and effective messaging
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, healthcare providers and corporate clients
- Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies
- Monitoring and managing the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that have driven business growth
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media, content management, and analytics platforms
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
