The Receiving Executive / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of receiving goods and inventory management in a retail or supermarket environment. This role ensures that all incoming shipments are accurately documented, meet quality standards, and are properly stored or distributed within the store or warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the receiving of goods.
- Inspect deliveries for damage, missing items, and quality compliance.
- Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry of received goods into the inventory system.
- Communicate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Ensure timely unloading, sorting, and placement of products in the designated storage areas.
- Monitor stock movement to minimize shrinkage and damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
- Train and supervise receiving staff to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in stock counts and audits as required.
- Prepare daily and monthly receiving reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or SPM with relevant experience in warehouse/store operations or logistics.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in receiving or inventory control, preferably in the retail or supermarket industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory systems (POS or ERP systems is a plus).
- Ability to lead a team and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
