As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various automotive systems, with a focus on air conditioning components. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our clients' vehicles are running smoothly and comfortably.

**What you'll be doing**
- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues, including_**mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems**_
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as _**oil changes, tire rotations, undercarriage and brake inspections**_
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to identify and resolve complex problems
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of work
- Ensure all vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all completed tasks and parts used
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the workshop
- Ensure working area are clean and tidy
- To work on time

**What we're looking for**
- Completed apprenticeship or formal training in automotive mechanics or air conditioning systems
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Automotive Aircond Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

**Job Title: Automotive Service AdvisorJob Summary**

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and knowledgeable **Automotive Service Advisor** to join our team. As a key point of contact between customers and our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth service experience—from initial appointment to vehicle pick-up. You will communicate recommended services, estimate costs, and coordinate repairs to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Write repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repair work
- Provide accurate estimates of labor and parts costs
- Communicate with technicians to determine vehicle needs and repair timelines
- Maintain customer records, service history, and follow-up status
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Upsell additional services and preventative maintenance when appropriate
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate if necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- To work on time

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or technical training a plus
- 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Knowledge of automotive systems and basic repairs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional and excellent customer service, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency with service software and computer systems
- Ensure all work meets our high standards, reviewing completed work with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license
- Applicants without Automotive background but are passionate about cars are encouraged to apply.
