**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding financial transactions,

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices, bills, and account statements
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Process payroll and employee expense claims
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification (e.g., AAT) preferred
- Proven experience as an accounts clerk, accounting assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibl

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
