**Job Summary**

We are currently looking to hire a Human Resource - L&D/Employer Branding (Internship) under our People & Culture Department. The Human Resource - L&D/Employer Branding (Internship) will support initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as a great place to work by assisting with content creation, campaign execution, and market research. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to develop their skills, gain practical knowledge in specific domains, and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.

**What You Will Do**
- Reporting & Documentation: Requires meticulous reporting and documentation of all training activities and learner progress.
- LMS Creation: Responsible for the creation and development of engaging and effective learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- LMS Support: Involves providing ongoing support to learners and instructors regarding the utilization and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop and deploy employer branding and recruitment marketing content with internal stakeholders and external vendors, focusing on talent attraction and real-time campaigns.
- Support brand marketing for conferences, campus recruitment, and events.
- Assist to implement and track internal engagement activities such as outings, townhalls, fireside chats and festive events that define the employee experience and brings out our core values as Carro Heroes.
- Other duties as and when required by your immediate superior.

**What You Will Need**:

- Experience or knowledge of social media tools branding.
- Microsoft Offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Basic skills in photography or video editing for social media
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have creative thinking & proactive attitude.
- Attention to details in managing data & reports.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
