Working Location: Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor

Working Days & Hours: 10am - 7pm (off day on weekdays)

**Responsibilities**:

- Clinic’s routine operations, sales, customers, staff, training
- To achieve assigned target and goals set by company.
- Customer relationship management
- Perform facials and other therapy allowed aesthetic procedures
- Ensure cohesive and harmonious working environment at all level in order to achieve Staff Retention rate
- Performance treatment, Machines, Laser and others skills
- Consultation and assisting doctor
- Provide professional opinions and suggestion to patients on the treatments.
- Travel to other states in Malaysia to supervise the operation of other branches

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven 4-5 years of work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager / Clinic Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of aesthetic, beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
- Sales oriented and customer focus
- Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation
- Positive thinking and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
