MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

A marketing & business development executive helps a company or organization increase sales through lead generation, marketing, and other corporate strategies. Your job duties may include identifying and contacting prospective customers or partner companies, promoting the business online and via word-of-mouth, creating client proposals, and assisting other departments in achieving company objectives.

- Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Ensure social media exposure and attendance are in-line with current market expectations.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintaining client activities in CRM
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Contribute to product development and innovation.
- Enhance higher product and customer values. Branding
- Organize and assist in the event department.
- Assist and collaborate with retail and production departments in order to achieve company objectives and enhance higher company values.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
