**Position Purpose**
- Involve in product development work

**Major Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Preparation of recipes and product samples for sensory evaluation, shelf-life study, micro and chemical analysis
- Source for ingredients, packaging materials and co-ordinate with factories for trial and commercial productions. Supervise trial and commercial productions
- Conduct product costing and shelf-life studies
- Liaise with factories, relevant government agencies, JAKIM on halal matters, etc.
- Up-date monthly ingredient inventory
- Market survey of competitive products and categories

**Work Relations **(List the most important work relationships with internal and external partners/customers)
- With colleagues and external stakeholders (factory staff, government
agencies, suppliers)

**Qualifications** (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)
- B. Sc. In Food Science / Food Technology
industry
- Outgoing personality, sociable and able to get along with peers and external
parties
