**Requirements**:

- Certificate / Diploma in Admin
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales order processing and arrange delivery
- Independence and also a team player

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customer on the status of orders.
- Follow up on all urgent orders for delivery and ensure prompt and effective service at all time.
- Ensure all sales reports meet deadline.
- Input approved parts SO (Sales Order) into the computer system.
- To process Purchase Order for customer, Issue Invoice, Delivery Order and custom forms.
- Follow up the customers for overdue payments.
- To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively.
- Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
