1 To monitor, coordinate cases by customer and to ensure service fulfilment as per the SLA and SOP.

2 Managing Maxpert related to customer fault issue and performance on daily case activities including liaising with internal and external counterpart. (TM / THD)

3 To manage access (customer premise) database, key contact point to Building managers (BM) and the management of BM related matters that impedes optimal service delivery

4 Manage and coordinate Assurance/Fulfilment cases from wholesale partners and responsible on Day End Report update.

5 Closing orders in portal and responsible to update in all related system until order completion.

6 Perform courtesy call to the Maxpert and verification call to customers after site visit completion to verify on connection status and any Non-Standard charges on site.

7 To provide outbound support to Maxpert on fibre technical queries, manage complex customers and update back to backend Core Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
