What will you do?

In this position you will join our APAC Winning Work team, our highly efficient Proposal team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Bid Management:

- Bid management ensuring compliance with client requirements and conduct quality control checks of the submission
- Set and adhere to appropriate milestones so that completion is achieved in a timely fashion
- Ensure documents are well-structured and organised with clear navigation
- Indepently write and develop non-technical content

Opportunity Management:

- Maintain and improve systems and processes for Opportunity Management. Provide advanced analytics and reports on opportunity management
- Improvement to the systems, processes and tools available for Winning Work

- Degree level qualification in corporate communications/marketing or business-related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the proposal or bid management field, contracting, tendering, client strategy or professional services or firms
- Strong technical, professional English writing skills (mother-tongue level), understanding of Bahasa will be an advantage
- Experience and / or interest in the engineering and consultancy industry, ability to understand technical engineering aspects and translate them into a logical write-up
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, seniors and supporting staff, ability to actively participate during workshops to identify differentiators, key issues, innovative ideas together with the technical Subject Matter Experts / engineers
- Positive go-getter attitude and ambition to win and grow, ability to work independently and collaboratively towards tight deadlines and under time pressure
