**Responsibilities**:

- Staff planning and give a training to the new staff members to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor daily, weekly, & monthly sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and attract customers.
- Implement effective stock control measures to minimize shrinkage and overstock situations.
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

**Requirements:

- **
- Preferably with experience in **Supervisor (Min 1 year) or Senior Sales Associate (2-3 years)** in fashion or sports retail industry.
- Able to work on rotational shift, Public Holiday and overtime.
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Presentable and energetic person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
