**Quality Assurance (Strategy for Prevention)**:

- To ensure company’s quality philosophy and goals are achieved.
- To assist Production Manager for production process control related activities
- To establish clear Quality Control Guidelines for all stations and ensure the operators understand the quality requirement.
- Responsible to minimize production cost by minimizing and/or eliminating rework caused by defects.
- To ensure that customers' requirements for quality are achieved and handle customer complaint and reply Corrective Preventive Action Report (CPAR) to solve the problem.
- Review all form recorded by QC
- Inspection of stock and ensure quality before out of delivery
- Handling the scrapped (rejected) of finished goods, material, carton, plastic packaging
- Report to Management Representative (MR) when encountered quality issues

**Quality Control (Strategy for Detection)**:

- To record daily all in-process finished goods.
- To inspect the quality of finished goods at Production and Store
- Liaise with QA when encountered quality issues
- To check the complaint finished goods Corrective Preventive Action Report(CPAR) and returned the product

To assist QA in making sure all QAQC requirement is communicated to all workstations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
