**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and plan sales strategy to generate sales and revenue in order to meet KPI set for the project assigned.
- Plan & promote property offline and online with available marketing tools in market, post mortem for each event carried out for performance review.
- Plan, monitor, station and promote property at roadshow / station assigned.
- Monitor & maintaining sales gallery / event’s material assigned in good conditions.
- Update current property market by consistent market research to keep update to market trend.
- To monitor & prepare market survey report by follow up with agent for updated current property market by consistent market research to keep update to market trend
- Monitor team & consistent follow up and meeting up with prospect to resolve sales related matters, monitor sales completion process and collection until deal close with all necessary paperwork.
- Monitor, recruit and tie up with new agency for market property with full support of information, briefing as and when required.
- Ensure all procedures are follows accordance to RACI and SOP set, if needed, implementation of new SOP.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing / Multi-Level Marketing
- Positive working attitude
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to think and problem solving skills.
