**Job Title: Content QA Analyst**

**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
**Testing Digital Assets**
- Ensure assets are optimized for different devices, browsers, and platforms.

**Campaign Quality Assurance**
- Verify that tracking tags, UTM parameters, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) are properly implemented.

**Content Validation**
- Check for spelling, grammar, and content consistency across marketing assets.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and style

**Cross-Platform Testing**
- Test digital assets for compatibility across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

**Defect Reporting and Resolution**
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in campaigns or assets.
- Document issues in detail and collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to resolve them

**A/B Testing Support**
- Ensure test variations are correctly implemented and tracked.
- Validate that A/B test results are collected and reported accurately

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Create detailed test plans, cases, and reports.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders on recurring issues and areas of improvement

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of Experience with QA tools: Selenium, BrowserStack, JIRA, or similar.
- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- 1-3 years of Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience writing and executing test scripts
- Experience running manual and automated tests
- Experience analyzing business requirements and performing different types of testing: stress, performance, functional, end-to-end testing
- Experience testing in different environments including web, mobile and responsive sites
- Experience writing bug reports and providing objective feedback to software developers
- Experience designing tests to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues
- Provide knowledge transfer and liaising with project teams in other parts of the world

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
