**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to make outbound cold call to new database or sales lead on regular pre-defined call cycle to promote and secure new business.
- Prepare and provide quotation to customer and doing follow up to increase business conversion
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
- Actively communicate and understand customers requirement to provide the right services and solutions
- Responsible to provide customer service to the secured customers meanwhile continue to do cross-selling and up-selling.
- To achieve monthly number of calls and sales target set by management.
- Work closely with pricing team on the updated selling tariff
- Support administrative duties
- Assist on ad-hoc project assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in telesales/telemarketing/customer service/sales support related experience is required for this position.
- Strong industry knowledge in freight forwarding, with experience on handling or dealing with pricing and quotation.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
