**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Develop and implement a holistic B2B scaled motion to engage and retain corporate clients
- Build comprehensive scaled sales journeys for all Grab for Business workflows and products (Client Acquisition & Retention, GfB Portal, Business Profile, Corporate Services, GrabGifts, New Products & Features etc.), as well as plan and execute automated sales campaigns (upsell, cross-sell, re-engagement), with Salesforce Pardot.
- Collaborate with the Product team to evaluate the corporate client, administrator user journey and transaction workflows and grow transaction numbers.
- Partner with the CRM team to analyze conversion drop-offs, digital engagement roadblocks and suggest robust Marketing Automation & CRM, Grab for Business website and Salesforce / Salesforce Pardot improvements to improve all processes.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to drive scaled campaigns to drive transactions and engagement.
- Work in partnership with Regional Marketing to ensure communications scheduling, frequency, and quality are suitable for targeted segments
- Measure and report performance of all scaled campaigns, and assess them against overall Grab for Business Marketing KPIs. Identify corporate client engagement, trends and insights, and optimise performance based on the insights.

**The Must-Haves**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in sales or marketing roles. Proven track record in building and driving sales campaigns with process excellence and high growth impact.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and think like a salesperson
- Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data to build structured SOPs, process flows, dashboards and Marketing Automation & CRM campaigns
- Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.

**The Nice-to-Haves**:

- Operational and hands-on experience and knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Adwords is an added advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a marketing automation platform.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with and managing Salesforce CRM systems
