**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned)**:

- Demonstrate full compliance with incoterms through professional knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Effectively manage RFQ process with external feight forwarders and provide accurate quotation to sales team.
- Monitoring shipping schedule while ensuring the safety & security of all shipments.
- Ensure billing accuracy and correctness by collaborating closely with the account department.
- Determine the right parts and appropriate stock level based on the equipment configurations and guidelines
- Generate and file inventory reports both on periodic and on demand basis
- Keep internal database up to date for service inventory management
- Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily service expectations

- Great communication skills to external & internal partners.
- Excellent communication and multilingual skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders, particularly in the APAC region, including Taiwan as well as across diverse regions and functions.
- Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing day-to-day responsibilities.
