**1. Junior Service Crew/Host/Hostess/Waiter/Waitress**

**Position Summary**:
The Junior Service Crew member provides excellent customer service, assists in food and beverage service, and ensures a pleasant dining experience for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Handle cash and process payments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist in restocking supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**2. Senior Service Crew/Captain**

**Position Summary**:
The Senior Service Crew member leads the service team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves training junior staff and ensuring high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensuring service quality.
- Train and mentor junior service crew members on service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
