Store Executive

Monitor and manage store operation, including receiving and keeping records and maintaining inventory.
- Provide monthly closing stock reports, and any other reports required by the management and ensure all reports are accurate.
- Deliver and supply requested item to ensure slow moving stocks are identifies and highlighted to end user and to manage future orders.
- Ensure bin cards are updated promptly and perform weekly review of stock level as well as monthly/ annual stock take to ensure stock level are consistent with the system balance.
- Work closely with the Purchasing team and coordinate all stock receiving and stock management at the general store.
- Check goods upon delivery and receiving, reconcile the delivers with the corresponding Purchase Orders ( PO), make appropriate, accurate and complete entries into the Hospital Information System ( HIS) including the GRN timely manner.
- Ensure that the General Store is always kept in neat and clean condition with proper labeling of all products inside the store area. All products are to be placed on racks or pallets and not left on the floor.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience in store management or related roles will be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of medical supply categories.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
