Roles And Responsibilities
- Plan machining process, develop CNC program and setting instructions
- To analyses and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment.
- To propose technical improvement on process, method and speed to meet company standard.
- To control the highest quality of products produced.
- Analyze rejection rate and machine downtime, trouble-shoot and offer alternative processes to resolve quality issue.
- Provide technical support for machines and process to operate at optimum condition during production.
- Continuous improvement on process method, work economics and cycle time. Expedite machine recovery time to increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Actively seek to improve manufacturing cycle time to increase manufacturing efficience
- Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction, and compliance with safety requirements.
- All others responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Above 5 years working experience in similar capacity and similar industry, preferable CNC.
- Able to work independently
- Able to understand mechanical drawing.
- Knowledge and experience in CNC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
