'¢ Analysis of the defective PCBA Boards from the Production Line & RMA '¢ Able to Identify the Root Cause of the PCBA failures. '¢ Accounts for optimal efficiency and effectiveness of PCBA component level Trouble shooting. '¢ Able to carry out Test on the repaired and failure boards '¢ Able to read and understand schematic Diagram, Gerber File '¢ Responsible for BOM, ECN changes. '¢ Hands on Experience in Trouble shooting and repair PCBA. '¢ Able repair test station and train personal. '¢ Attend Engineering review meeting and present indicators '¢ Keep track of quality, productivity, and other engineering improvement projects. '¢ Responsible for all new transfer Product Test and qualification. '¢ Responsible for product failure analysis (PCBA & sub-assembly) in support of manufacturing needs and customer returns. '¢ Perform production yield analysis and drive yield improvement activity. '¢ Provide detailed failure analysis report with root cause define, corrective action and preventive action on the production failures/design improvements '¢ Track solution effectiveness. '¢ Prepare FA presentation slide to be shared and discuss with customer. '¢ Develop effective trouble shooting guide for different product. '¢ Operate and maintain analytical equipment. '¢ Timely preparation of Field service Reports and fulfilment of RMA Procedures. '¢ Manage spare parts inventories and support logistics/operations material handling. '¢ Follow-up customer's quality complaints, product failures, root cause analysis. '¢ Ensure on-site data collection and prompt feedback to the production, quality and Design Team. '¢ Provide the customers regular updates on the problem-solving progress of their requests/ complaints for increased customer satisfaction. '¢ Follow all Safety and Environment Policies & Procedure.
