**Key Responsibilities**
- To coordinate with overall warehouse team and ensure smooth establishment of the operation
- To understand warehouse workflow and prepare a workflow order for warehouse team
- To train & guide warehouse workers based on the new procedure.
- To supervise and ensure good work distributions among warehouse workers and to ensure works are carried out in an effective and efficient manner
- To work as an active team member to complete team goals
- To practice good housekeeping and always ensure cleanliness in the warehouse and storage area.
- To ensure Safety and Health measures enforced at all time.
- To ensure Receiving, Checking, Labelling and Storing of incoming goods.
- To inspect and ensure incoming goods are of accurate quantity, weight, type, and acceptable quality.
- To select space for storage at designated areas depending on quantity and FIFO System.
- To update product inventory in real time for incoming stocks and add to our inventory (Purchase Do/Purchase Invoice/Transfer Note)
- To be responsible for the smooth delivery of daily orders.
- To plan delivery schedule as per customer order on daily basis.
- To Pick, Pack, and Label, as per Delivery Order/Invoice or Transfer Note for all orders.
- To ensure all required documentation have been maintained for entire warehouse processes.
- To perform regular inventory counts and verify the accuracy of physical goods.
- To update regular stock take report-Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly
- To be responsible for investigating stock differences/discrepancies
- To prepare documentation and inventory for audits
- To identify areas of improvement and establish improvised work procedure and practices
- To perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Well organised
- Experience in warehouse management (WMS), stock movement and FIFO system
- Knowledge on Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
