**Key Responsibilities**
- Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist in stock and inventory reconciliation with the finance team
- Liaise with suppliers and customers on payment and billing matters
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
